If your computer isn't working, you can spend time trying to identify the problem. Yes, you can run to Best Buy, purchase repair parts, and attempt to repair it yourself. (probably using a lot of your precious time); or you can find someone who is in the business that can repair the equipment efficiently.
Yes, using a professional will cost you a little money, but why would you struggle with a process that you really don't enjoy.
